While the builder got things broom clean, I just couldn’t handle all the dust left behind. I spent a bit of time yesterday with the shop vac cleaning up some more dust which by the way is everywhere! You could clearly see where I did and did not vacuum on the floor. I cleared out all the debris in the electrical boxes, did a bit of cleaning on the furnace, water heater, water softner, and dehumidifier. While it wasn’t actually progress, it did make the whole area seem a bit more finished. Priming is next and should be the last ‘behind the scenes’ activity. From there on out everything done should be visible upon completion.

Even though it was the most unusual part of the design, I think the bedroom entrance is cool.
I guess this is actually the first part of the project that you will see when completed.
